Inside the Circle
When you join The Circle, you'll be automatically enrolled in our self-worth course that will give you the foundations you'll use throughout all other courses. After completing this course in your first month, you'll be ready to move on to any others that interest you.
Choose Your Own Course
Beginning your second month, you can choose one course per month where you'd like to focus. Each course will be presented in audio format, broken down into bite-size pieces to make it easy to fit into your busy schedule. You'll also be provided a workbook to help you take your learning into action. Complete the course over a day, or spread it out over a month. It's up to you.
Built in Community
There is a supportive community ready and willing to help you on your growth path. Come to the community to share what you're learning, discovering, and where you need cheerleading and love (or just tell us what’s happening in your life!). We'll have weekly discussion questions to encourage you to dig deeper into who you are and what you're learning.
Group Coaching
Participate in twice per month group coaching calls. These calls are built for you to get feedback and help from Sarah as you're working through each of these areas. These calls will be based on signup and held on a first come, first serve basis. Replays will be available if you can't attend live and every effort will be made to host the calls at different times in order to accommodate as many people as possible.
Full of Resources
There will also be additional resources provided including reflection questions, extra worksheets, bonus audio courses, and more.

Courses Available
Members will be able to choose their own course beginning in their second month. After your second payment has gone through, members can request access to the course of their choice. "Credits" for courses will not expire and will simply roll over to the next month.
Courses will be held in audio format with the option to download. There will be a workbook and a course transcript as well so that you have everything you need as you grow and learn.
