What are Email Intensives?

These monthly deep dives are the perfect way for you to focus in on one area of your life at a time, make the changes you want to make, and come out on the other side more peaceful.

How does it work?

• Each month we’ll introduce a new topic that we’re going to dive deep on.

• When you sign up you’ll be enrolled to receive one lesson per week for four weeks - right in your inbox.

• Within each email you’ll receive a lesson/training for that week as well as homework, action items, and tips to start making change in your daily life.

• Each Intensive is just $19, or you can bundle and save!

Why in my email?

I wanted to make this something that was SIMPLE. We’re all in our inboxes each day so now you don’t have to download another app, or go anywhere else, to get the training you want. It’s all right there when you’re ready for it.
