During the week of June 26 through June 30, I’ll be in your email inbox sharing strategies and tools to improve your relationship with your body. The goal is have you walking away from this challenge with a new appreciation for your body - not for the way it looks, but for what it can do. And then to take these tools and have a beautiful summer that isn’t focused on what you look.
Here’s what you can expect each day:
Day One: We’re going to uncover the thoughts you already have about your body
Day Two: We’re going to walk through ways to lessen the burden of comparison
Day Three: We’re going to answer my very favorite question when it comes to negative thoughts
Day Four: We’re going to talk about body neutrality
Day Five: We’re going to make an action plan for how you want to think and feel about your body
Each of these lessons will come to you via email and will include action items for “homework” to get you working through the topic of the day.
